How to Build Better Cycling Infrastructure?

An interesting report from Britain and follow-up from one of its contributors about how we should better plan for cycling infrastructure. The headlines keep reading: ignore existing cyclists, because the exercise is to get more people on bikes (and walking) rather than preaching to the choir. It’s an interesting argument, and one I’ll have to ponder further.
