    Oy vey. Maybe you could do hill repeats on that driveway across the street?

    And we’re next, likely putting the kibosh on tomorrow’s “Escape the Kids” ride.

    @xyxax: not nearly as steep as it looks. A favorable faux flat (which, as we all know, doesn’t really exist).

    @mikelpearce: thanks for the encouragement. I don’t have a trainer, but have been going into the gym to work on core strength and the like. The basic point, though, was: indoors is not as much fun as outdoors.

    Indoors blows, but this is Canada, after all. Some time on the trainer is inveivitable, even for a consummate hardman like yourself.

    Rain today. Clear roads for tomorrow? Spent a bit of time on the stationary bike this morning; welcome change from the kettle bells and core training.
